WAH Cambodia

We prioritise the wellness of women and children in rural Cambodia by focusing on providing clean water, emergency medical training for mothers and newborns, and tertiary education for young women.

WAH (Water and Healthcare) Foundation is located in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia. They have installed over 250 clean water systems, trained over 30 women as trainers for emergency procedures, restored the eyesight of over 150 elderly, and have 34 young women graduating with tertiary education as of end 2021. The most significant statistic is that they have dropped the maternal mortality rate to 1 in 100,000 (from 16) which is thought to be better than Siem Reap and other more developed provinces and cities.

I personally helped with the redesign and upkeep of website and organisational solutions. In other words, I love using and putting everything through a Google Sheet.
